At Jimmy Fairly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If they aren't the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your eyewear for free.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all accessories like the microfiber cloth are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
